Great question — and today, we’re answering it!

Below are four temperament types with checklists. Pick the one that matches you most.
🔴 1. Damwi (Sanguine) – Hot & Moist
You might be Damwi if:

You have a reddish, warm skin tone

You are energetic, extroverted, and quick to act

You have a strong appetite and digestion

You get angry quickly, but forgive easily

🟠 2. Safravi (Choleric) – Hot & Dry
